Social Care Employee Wellbeing Support  with Care Coins

Professional group counselling

Care Coins can help social care Providers in Cornwall deal with some of the major events that can affect whole teams. From the commonplace issues such as the bereavement of clients to issues that have surfaced during the Covid-19 pandemic such as visitors not being allowed to see loved ones or not being able to take clients out of their regular setting.

Registered Managers can book sessions with a qualified professional for a group of staff to discuss the issues that they are facing and to understand how everyone can help support each other.

Professional one-to-one counselling

Through Care Coins, we provide access to professional services.

Cornwall Partners in Care have purchased Care Coins for use by social care Providers in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly for professional one-to-one therapy, counselling and coaching, as well as mental health assessments.

Each care coin represents one session with a qualified counsellor/therapist. Please use our How to Book page to contact us about your needs so that you can access the help you need.

Mental Health First Aid Training

Care Coins can be used to purchase accredited QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) training, and the MHFA England course, delivered by a dedicated team of MHFA England independent instructors at Red Umbrella.

Registered Managers can request access to the training for their staff on the How to Book page.

Gain more mental health awareness

The online training resources also includes a range of other certificated E-learning actvities, and bite-sized E-learning for specific situations, as well as a 3D toolbox.
